Arkadi Ivanov, more commonly referred to as Mr. Ivanov, is a supporting antagonist in the Triangle vs. Monkey series.
Ivanov is Mecha Kong's supplier of Foot Soldiers, explaining where the mechanical simian sourced his army from. While he is not seen doing any of the fighting himself (that is until the final battle) his work behind the scenes is nothing short of crucial.
Biography
Season 2
Arkadi Ivanov arrives at the Militia's Fortress via airship, with Mecha Kong waiting for him. As the ship lands on the main landing pad, Ivanov doesn't hesitate to jump off and start a conversation with Mecha Kong, who welcomes him back to the Developer's Plane and greets him as "Mr. Ivanov". Ivanov asks how his robotic army has been treating him, and Mecha Kong answers very well so far, but admits that they are quantity over quality. Mecha Kong proceeds with telling Ivanov that he called him because he needs him to begin preparations for Project Reset. Ivanov is surprised by this, and gets told that they have to prepare for the worst. Mecha Kong says he will tell him more about their situation later, but he has other matters to attend to, thus Mr. Ivanov decides to wait inside the fortress. On his way, he sees Charles and greets him as "Lennard", and Charles says he prefers his first name, but Ivanov does not care, and continues his way inside the building.
Some time after Mecha Kong faces Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck at the Biomes, Ivanov notifies him that the The Developer wants to speak to him, so Mecha Kong heads back to the fortress with Starscream, Smug and Rexy, and first meets with Charles, but after some questioning he heads to Mr. Ivanov, asking him that has he finished preparations for Project Reset. Ivanov says that he is almost done, but he cannot finish it without the router. He also tells him that the Developer is waiting for him in what seems like a computer room to have a discussion with him with a supercomputer. While waiting for Mecha Kong to finish his meeting along with Charles, Charles tells him that nobody in town has seen the Developer before and is curious to know what he looks like. Ivanov takes a breath and refuses to give him information. Afterwards, Charles asks him all of a sudden that does he know when Kanye's dropping his next album, and Ivanov immediately begs for him to shut up and Charles replies with okay. Shortly after, Mecha Kong comes back and commands Ivanov that he will continue with Project Reset, and tells him that they'll have the router soon enough. Mr. Ivanov cooperates and immediately leaves.
Fast forward in time, while Triangle defeats Shin Godzilla and returns to Monkey and Noodleneck, Mecha Kong is outside a balcony at the fortress viewing the Concepts Domain, and sees Mr. Ivanov walking up to him. Mecha begins a speech about how Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck will ultimately lose, and they will burn for what they've caused, because they think that their will to win will be their key to success, but it will be that very arrogance that condemns them to their fate and they think that this is a game of heroes and villains in which they are in the right, but in reality they're just people doing what they need to do in order to keep balance, which is currently under siege. He also states that they don't belong anywhere, and they should let them keep going because the hope that drives them will lead them to their defeat.
Season 3
While Triangle and the other two decide to stay in a certain universe to get some rest, Charles is minding his business inside the Milita's Fortress, playing with his pistol. Ivanov shows up shortly after, and asks him why doesn't he do the others a favor and go waste space somewhere else. Charles tells him that he is sticking around so he doesn't miss the action again and that he's getting his money at the end of the hunt. Ivanov claims they would not be in this mess if Charles had just done his job right the first time, while Charles claims that if he knew what it was that he was stealing then he would prioritize it as much as him and Mecha Monkey do. When he asks what is Mecha Kong's and Ivanov's actual plan, Ivanov refuses to tell him, and instead tells him that he is the last person he would keep inside the loop. Charles and Ivanov continue to argue when Mecha Kong shows up, who thinks there is an issue. However, the two claim that they were just having a discussion. Mecha Kong says that he would like to speak to Mr. Ivanov alone and threatens Charles to get lost because he sarcastically notes that it's like he has a choice. Charles silently leaves, while expressing hate for Mecha Kong, but he is still willing to get his money, therefore he teleports to Triangle and the others and offer them a deal that they did not accept.
After the heroes return to the Biomes, they head back to their ship and receive a message from Mecha Kong, which lures them to a building in the Concepts City. Ivanov and some of his cyborg soldiers are seen waiting at the front door of the building, and see Triangle, Monkey and Noodle Neck approaching. He notifies Mecha Kong and Charles that they're here. Ivanov watches Mecha Kong and Triangle having a conversation when Mowcuss Melish turns out to be the Developer himself. Mr. Ivanov then calls in the snipers who were hiding on the roofs of other buildings, but the trio manages to escape. Ivanov asks Charles through his arm brace that has he got any sign of them. Charles answers no, and Mowcuss tells him and Mecha Kong to keep searching along with the soldiers. He also tells Ivanov that it is time for them to begin Project Reset.
Some time after Triangle has been introduced to his robotic counterpart with his upgrade and has been blasted away, Mowcuss returns to the Milita's Fortress. He is seen viewing the sunset through a huge window, when Mr. Ivanov shows up from behind and tells him the protective shield is ready to be activated. Mowcuss says that they will turn it on right before they begin the reset, while Charles is seen spying on them, who shortly gets interrupted by Mecha Kong. Mecha Kong gives Charles his money for his work and that he may leave. Charles gazes at Mr. Ivanov for a brief time, who tells him to continue his way to leave. After he leaves, Ivanov looks at Mecha Kong, who makes a smug smile behind Charles' back.
When project reset was done his robot army was disabled and he went to fight himself but was dealt with the Crimson Hunter who came back not wanting to let millions die. Ivanov said he should've taken the money and leave but said at least he get to kill. He shoots out Lenard’s visor but shoots back and he falls to death.
Personality
Ivanov is the apparent creator and one of the commanders of the robotic soldiers, proving that he is a smart being who is capable of designing and building robots that express a bit of emotions, despite Mecha Kong considering them as quantity over quality. Aside from that, he considers Charles irritating due to thinking that he is not doing his job right and is wasting space in the Milita's Fortress. Ivanov is quarrelsome and does not like sharing information to people he dislikes, but he is very loyal to his higher-ups. He is not a fighting type such as Charles or Mecha Kong, but he is rather the brains in the militia and is responsible for working on Project Reset along with the Developer. Arkadi Ivanov likes to do things behind the scenes since he cannot do much against his enemies except commanding soldiers and be on the lookout.
Abilities and Skills
High Intelligence
Ivanov is the creator of the robotic soldiers that are commanded by the likes of Mecha Kong and such, including himself. He and Mowcuss are responsible for working on Project Reset, a protocol that will return the Biomes and the Concepts Domain to their original untouched state, erasing everyone and everything in them, which is an impressive intelligence feat for Ivanov.
Skilled Marksmanship & Combatant
Ivanov is a skilled and expert marksman, as he has shown to be efficient and effective with gunfire and firearm weaponry.
Weaknesses
Arrogance
His overconfidence, pride, arrogance, and extreme hatred towards Charles Bob Lennard is what eventually leads to his eventual demise when he severely underestimated Lennard when the mercenary stabbed him with his knife and pushed Ivanov off the ledge to his death.
Relationships
Mecha Kong
Ivanov is loyal to Mecha Kong due to working for him and the Developer. He also seems like Mecha Kong's "right hand man", due to having many conversations about important information with him alone. They trust each other, as well as they share a dislike for Charles, however, he does not like to reveal his problems to Mecha Kong.
Charles Bob Lennard
They are both argumentative and have a strong dislike towards each other. Ivanov blames Charles for not doing his job properly, while Charles blames Ivanov for not telling him information he should know about before chasing Triangle and Monkey. Charles has no respect for Ivanov for telling him that he would be the last person to give him awareness of information about a particular matter. Ivanov also finds Charles annoying and unpleasant to be with and said if was one to hire him and not Mecha Kong he wouldn't get one cent of his payment.
Later on when Charles sided with his former enemies Triangle and Monkey in the final battle, when Ivanov attempted to stop them, only for Charles to intervene. Ivanov’s hatred towards Charles and wanting to kill him became even more greater.
Mowcuss
Mowcuss and Ivanov are the geniuses of the Milita, despite Ivanov being far lower in rank. They seem to easily cooperate with each other, due to working on Project Reset together, but they do not share much time with each other. Ivanov is crucial to Mowcuss's plans due to providing the latter with his robotic army. Overall, they are in good terms, while not exceptionally close.

- Originally, Ivanov's full name (given to him by a subscriber) was to be 'Arkadi Ivanov.' However, Blunt Brothers Productions felt that name was too long, and it was consequentially shortened so that characters now refer to him as 'Mr. Ivanov.' [1]
- Ivanov was created as Blunt Brothers Productions regretted not giving the Crimson Hunter a Russian accent, and decided he wanted to create a character who did. [2]
- Ironically, Ivanov seems to have a Scottish accent in some of episodes.
